Help Shape the 2026 Budget

We value the input of our residents and businesses, who play an essential role in shaping the future of St. Albert. As part of the 2026 budget process, the City is seeking feedback to ensure a transparent process with meaningful opportunities for community input. Your perspectives will help guide Council’s budget decisions by providing valuable insight into what matters most to residents and businesses.

About the 2026 Budget

The proposed 2026 budget focuses on maintaining the high level of services the community expects while also responding to growth and investing in the future. Each year, with Council’s direction, Administration develops an annual budget that outlines how funds will be spent to deliver quality programs and services, support businesses, and meet strategic priorities.

Residents and businesses are invited to learn more about the City’s plans through the proposed 2026–2028 Financial Plan and the 2026 municipal and utility operating and capital budgets:

Engagement Opportunities

As part of the engagement process, residents can:

  • Register to speak at a Council meeting during the 2026 budget deliberations on November 4–7 or December 1, 3, and 8, 2025. For details, visit stalbert.ca/address-council ↗

Thank You for Your Input
