About the 2027 Budget
The proposed 2027 budget outlines how the City plans to fund municipal and utility programs, services and capital projects. Each year, with Council’s direction, Administration prepares a budget for Council's consideration.
Residents and businesses are invited to review the proposed 2027–2029 Financial Plan and the 2027 municipal and utility operating and capital budgets before completing the survey.

Engagement Opportunities
The 2027 Proposed Budget Survey is open until November 5, 2026. Residents and businesses are invited to review the proposed budget and complete the survey.
Residents can also register to speak at a Council meeting during the 2027 budget process on October 20, 22, and 27; November 3, 24, 26 and 30; and December 15, 2026. For more information, visit stalbert.ca/address-council ↗
