Phase 4 Schematic Design

This phase of the project will focus on the facility's spatial layout, scale, and functional relationships. This work includes:

  • Laying out the programming spaces and zoning within the footprint
  • Exploring the circulation and flow of the facility
  • Operational and technical requirements for the systems in the building
  • Site integration and sustainability
  • Safety and CPTED (Crime Prevention through Environmental Design)
