Consultation has concluded
The City of St. Albert was seeking input and invited residents to share feedback and perspectives on the services the City provides to residents. Participation in this biennial community consultation was important to help the City effectively evaluate and optimize its services and will be used to help inform future decision-making. There were 1131 responses to the survey.
The 2021 Community Satisfaction Survey was administered by Pivotal Research. The survey is now closed and results will be publicly presented to Council before March 31, 2022.

General findings will be shared with Council as part of their strategic planning sessions in February. A public presentation of full survey findings will be presented at a Council meeting in Q1 of 2022.
