The Planning Branch writes a report to Council, based upon the technical information and public comments, and schedules a Public Hearing date. At the Public Hearing, the public can speak to Council (or send advanced written comments) about their opinions on the proposal. After the Public Hearing, Council will vote on whether to approve or to refuse the application.
