Riverside Park Playground - Now Open

Construction is complete on the first playground in the Riverside neighbourhood at Riverside Park. The brightly-coloured playground is suitable to play on even in colder temperatures, and has several slides, musical play elements and even a sign language board to teach kids some communication basics!

The playground is ready to welcome the community but due to ongoing construction in the neighbourhood, access is currently limited to Riviere Terrace – see the map below for details on how to access the playground. Please be respectful of barriers and fencing in place to allow for the park to be finished.

The City is also installing some temporary park furniture as we wait for the permanent furniture to arrive.
