Select Engineering Consultants, on behalf of Genstar Titleco Ltd., has submitted applications to amend the Riverside Area Structure Plan Bylaw 1/2012 and to amend the Land Use Bylaw, Schedule A. The purpose of these amendments is to redistribute residential densities within the plan area, and to add a new public park and east-west connector road in the southern portion of Riverside.
These changes will require an amendment to the Riverside Area Structure Plan, as well as to the Land Use Bylaw Schedule 'A'.
Notifications: Residents and businesses within 100 m of the site were notified of these applications by mail.
Open House: An open house will be held in early 2025. This page will be updated when a date is set.
Public Hearing: A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for May 6, 2025. This meeting will also be advertised in the St. Albert Gazette newspaper under Citylights.

Applications have been submitted by the developer and are being circulated to internal departments, external stakeholders, and residents and businesses within 100 m of the site. Internal and external comments were accepted until January 17, 2025.
