The City of St. Albert has retained the expertise of Berlin Communications to help understand new strategies for engaging diverse demographics, with a focus on understanding the communication behaviours and preferences of all St. Albertans so that every citizen gets the information they need from their City.
This public participation initiative will gather your input on what St. Albert means to you. Based in part on input from the community, we will identify themes to use in our ongoing communications with residents, potential residents, businesses, and visitors.
Tell Us What’s Important to You!
The purpose of this input is to make the City of St. Albert’s communications as relevant, useful, and convenient for you as possible.
We want to understand what kinds of information you want and need from the city, how you want to receive that information, and what you think of the City’s communication efforts right now.
All residents are invited to share their thoughts through an online survey, which available now. Your input will identify themes to use in our ongoing communications, and each piece of feedback will help shape our future communications.
How Feedback Will Be Used
The survey is open for all to provide input conveniently.
Survey results will inform the development of the plans and strategies to communicate with the community over the next few months.
This Cultivate the Conversation page will remain accessible after the survey period ends and will be updated with the results and the final report for review.
