Watkins Land Developments Ltd. on behalf of Landrex, applied to amend Land Use Bylaw 18/2024.  The comment period runs from December 19, 2024 to January 20, 2025.  Please be advised that comments you submit, either orally or in writing, may be recorded and made public, subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Watkins Land Developments Ltd., and Invistec Consulting Ltd., on behalf of Landrex, will be holding an in person joint public information meeting to present amendments to two sites within the Erin Ridge North neighbourhood.

The Erin Ridge North Area Structure Plan amendment circulation occurs from February 28, 2025, to March 24, 2025.

This file will have a Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, the public can speak to Council about the proposal.  The Public Hearing is anticipated to occur on July 2, 2025.
