Jack.org Mental Health Survey

This survey will allow the St. Albert Jack.org Chapter to identify the climate and barriers surrounding mental health in St. Albert, with a focus on youth mental health. The St. Albert Jack.org Chapter will use the information gathered from this survey to address the mental health barriers in St. Albert through community initiatives. All survey responses will not be made public and results are not published.
