Morada Developments is proposing to change the use of the site at 4 Redspur Drive, from medium density residential (R3A District) to high density residential (R4 District), in order to develop a two building senior's apartment complex.
This change will require an amendment to the Riverside Area Structure Plan, as well as to the Land Use Bylaw Schedule 'A'.
Prior to making a formal application, the developer will hold a public open house, to present their proposal and to proactively seek stakeholder input to help develop and refine their proposal.
When a Public Hearing date is determined it will be advertised in the St. Albert Gazette newspaper under Citylights and posted on this project page on Cultivate the Conversation.
