From November 14 to 27 join the conversation and offer your feedback on regulations related to signage, home-based businesses, parking and secondary suites on the survey tab.

It guides day-to-day review planning and development activities. The last major update to the City’s LUB was in 2005. Since then, the document has been revised and amended in response to emerging issues.
The City now wants to update the LUB to reflect the vision and goals set out in Flourish, the City’s Municipal Development Plan and to create a document that reflects evolving development trends and the need for more flexible and responsive development regulations.
